Change Happens
in Real Relationships
Person-centred coaching for individuals, couples, and groups — rooted in relational depth, emotional honesty, and genuine encounter.
The Relationship Is the Work
Most approaches to personal growth focus on what needs to change. My work begins somewhere different — with how it changes, and with whom.
Grounded in Carl Rogers' person-centred tradition, I believe that lasting transformation does not come from techniques or structured programmes. It emerges when a person feels genuinely met with empathy, without judgment, by someone who is truly there.
This is what I bring to every session: not a method to be applied, but a quality of contact that makes it possible for something real to move.

A Symbolic Companion for Self-Understanding
For those who work with animal guides, this framework can enrich the coaching process in meaningful ways. Your guide represents a coherent, resource-rich image of yourself — one that exists beyond your patterns, defences, and adaptations.
In our work together, guides can serve as a reflective anchor: a way to notice emotional states, develop metacognitive awareness, and reconnect with your own strengths. They do not replace the relational depth of the work. They deepen it. Through an ongoing inner movement between these two perspectives, individuals can both observe and transform their experience. This allows not only for greater awareness, but for a deeper reorganization of emotional, cognitive, and relational patterns — reconnecting them with their inherent potential.
